David Attenborough's Galapagos - Origin

Over on BBC2 David Attenborough has been looking back at his distinguished career in wildlife broadcasting. But at the age of 86 he is still breaking new ground. The annual series of 3D films he has made for Sky has shown a new horizon for natural history TV. This year he’s headed back to that other unique treasure of the natural world, the Galapagos islands. He captures some stunning sights, from the first-ever shots of the pink iguana to the poignant final footage of the rarest creature in the world, Lonesome George, the huge Pinta Island tortoise who died last summer.
